60 Days Juicing Diet - Day 5

Day Five

Weight: 162.2 (-6.8)

Morning Juice:
Ginger, 4 Celery, 3 medium oranges, 1 lg grapefruit, 1/2 bushel spinach, 2 organic kale stalks, 12 carrots 

Evening Juice:
1/2 bushel Spinach, 12 carrots, Green Pepper, 3 oranges, 2 apples, ginger

Other food:
Handful of RawAlmonds
1/2 C. Shrimp cocktail, no sauce
I avocado

Please note, most of my juicing recipes make enough for 2 large servings. I split it with my hubby on occasion  or I simply drink it all.
